receptionist I do not welcome guests at all. We check out the schedule. Can we ask for more time? We are willing to pay a penalty in case of over time. But the hotel says Pay two hundred baht It was at noon, and at that time at noon 20 minutes and we asked back that the remaining 40 minutes have to pay two hundred. Employees replied that again. So you hurry down. Will not pay We ask why that is. We ask the reason. But it turns out to say we hurry. No reason to ask. We will be happy to pay a fine if the hotel speaks better. And speaking to customers. I will use better words, thank you.
