It was a beautiful property with great amenities. It was a nice stay for my husband and I on our honeymoon.

The Mandarava Resort was impecable. Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of pools and bars and the service was second to none. The buffet breakfast was well worth it and the Charm Thai Restaurant was amazing. Room service was also delivered quickly and with a friendly smile. The complimentary shuttle to Karon Beach made it easy to get to the local shops, restaurants and have a dip in the ocean. I would recommend staying at the Mandarava Resort to anyone looking for luxury accomodation in Phuket.

An amazing hotel. Rooms were modern and comfortable with lovely touches such as robe, beach bag, toiletries and replenished water. The bed was extremely comfortable and room cleaned daily.
Multiple pool areas with plentiful loungers and excellent pool bars. Wonderful restaurants with excellent breakfast buffet, reasonable prices and happy hour offers for food and drinks. Friendly and hard working staff. Room service and access to the gym and games room. Buggy service for suitcases. Walkable to Karon Beach. Highly recommended.

Very good service staff But the pillow is gone But you can call to request a cotton pillow. But I'm not satisfied with the front office staff saying I can call and ask. We didn't keep them in the room. What is the way we keep it for the customers? Yes, the word is not correct. This has been quite a lot of five stars. No one has spoken about this yet.

Clean sea fan delux room I happened to get a room facing the sea, the resort was quite beautiful, the hotel staff was friendly, breakfast was quite varied, the negative location of the hotel a bit far from the beach was the main road, from the room to the lobby it had to go uphill.

It's the second time I stayed here at Mandarava and it is still a wonderful experience. There were some issues with the bathroom but it was very quickly rectified. The room was gorgeous and I really enjoy the serenity of this place.

Comfortable room with great views, friendly staff and very delicious buffet brekkie. The pools are nice and well maintained. Only downside would be the distance of the hotel from karon shops. While it is only a 15-20 mins walk, it's an uphill walk back to the hotel on the way back.
