Breakfast has few dishes but good quality, location is near the Temple of Truth, in addition, it is far from the center of Pattaya. Rather quiet. The air conditioner is not a central air conditioner. Nice swimming pool. About 4 stars. App giving 5 stars is not accurate.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the quality of our breakfast as well as our swimming pool. Regarding on the location, we are located in North Pattaya - Nakluea area, where the local neighborhood is where it has calmer atmosphere but it takes only a few minutes to the city center.

Cleanliness, no outside balcony at all, go out and come back in. The floor is black. water flow is very weak bedroom available But the living room does not have air conditioning.

We regret to hear that you did not enjoy our hotel location and was not impressed with our staffs. Our hotel location is favorable by our guests who enjoyed to stay in a quieter area of Pattaya but easily commute to City Center within only 10 minutes. Our hotel goal is to deliver comfortable accommodation with attentive service with reasonable price. We will surely pass this feedback to our front office team to see what we can do better.

The exterior of the hotel looks new. but in the old room The room is very different from the picture. Cable TV is not as clear as 20 years ago, can't see. The service staff says that they will be close to the bed, but no one comes to do it.
