Terrible smell in the bathroom. Hot water only sporadically. WiFi inconsistent. Generally needs basic cleaning. Guy at reception not very customer oriented. Doors clapping extremely loud, it is not possible to close them silently.

Totally worth for me because this hotel is very cheap and comfy. Especially it's not so far from Jomtien beach

The old air conditioner is always noisy. There is no water heater. It has a hot and cold twist-off head. I tried to adjust the hot water but it didn't help. The room is not soundproof. The sound from outside is very clear.
