โดยรวมแล้วดีค่ะ ขอบคุณสำหรับเค้กวันเกิด แต่ห้องที่ได้ไม่เก็บเสียงเลย ผู้เข้าพักข้างห้องเสียงดังรบกวนมากๆ ทั้งเสียงสัญญาณเตือนให้ปิดประตูห้อง มันดังตลอดเช้าตรู่ อาหารไข่ดาวตอนเช้า มันสุกแบบเกรียมไปนิด และจุดที่ตักซอส เป็นพื้นที่เดียวกับที่ยืนรอพนักงานทำก๋วยเตี๋ยว

เป็นครั้งที่ 2 ที่เข้าพัก ยังเหมือนเดิมค่ะ ของในห้องไม่ครบ ขาดทิชชู ขาดเสื้อคลุม และครั้งนี้ อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยมีอะไรให้ทานค่ะ ถาม พนง.ก็บอกว่า หมดๆๆๆๆ แทบทุกอย่างค่ะ เศร้า

ที่พักดีมาก ชอบมากสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน แต่ที่ยังไม่ให้คะแนนยอดเยี่ยมคงเป็นแผนกfront ต้อนรับ คือเราจองมาเตียงใหญ่ และจองล่วงหน้าหลายวัน สิ่งที่เราเปิดเข้าห้องมาคือได้เตียงคู่ พนักงานยกกระเป๋าพยายามแก้ไขปัญหาติดต่อfront ให้แต่ที่ได้รับคำำตอบคือไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนห้องได้ เพราะห้องที่จะเปลี่ยนให้เป็นห้องที่แยกกัน ไม่ติดกัน แต่เราจองมาล่วงหน้าหลายวันมาก ขอมาตั้งแต่ต้นว่าขอเตียงใหญ่ ห้องติดกัน ทางโรงแรมควรจัดสรรไว้จากการจองที่ทำเข้ามา ตั้งใจจองมาพักที่นี้กับครอบครัว แอบเสียใจกับการแก้ปัญหาของแผนกfront ที่นี่

Dirty room dust Under a lot of beds Inside the cloth, there was scraps of plastic as well. There was a small bug. There was a need to shake the new cloth. Have to lift up the drain to get out. Importantly, the air conditioner is very noisy. Can't sleep at all. The 4th floor building doesn't have an elevator. It's not convenient at all. Once enough.

1 thin pillow each on a double bed rooms are old & beds uncomfortable with very thin sheets which don't give any feel of comfort much less luxury. Far too many tour bus tourists banging and making loads of noise as leave at 7.30 am on a Sunday morning.
