We traveling to phuket for one day trip, the locatiom is very strategist and near by sevel so we can easy to acces buying something we need as foreinger. The staff are so kind and the hospitality is beyond our expectation! Very good experienve to be here and also the room is the best it big and clean! We love it! The pick up point to the phuket boat is near too and easy access to the airport. Thankyou NIZE! We will be back soon! Its very recommended! The price is also too cheap for the great experience we've been there.

Don't like having to wait to check out. Because the employee came at 7:00 a.m., but we had to rush to run errands. Waiting to check out at 6:30 a.m., very crazy.

The hotel must apologize. Because that day, I checked in the mail. It doesn't really exist. You have to wait a while for the booking to come up, not that it will go up. Customers book through the app, it's true. But it will go up through the hotel mail. And I'm sorry If my suspicious appearance would not meet the customer's mood But at that time I checked my mail and it didn't really exist. You have to refresh and wait a while until it comes up. However, I have to thank the customers so much that I can improve myself. And the hotel can improve the room. Thank you.
