Before booking, we look at reviews of bathroom conditions. The cleanliness in the room saw quite a lot of bad reviews. After clicking to reserve (3 rooms), I called the school to ask if the room corresponds to the cover of the picture. Can you choose a room? (Those who are staying are elderly Want a clean room and good condition, safe) The staff replied that they can't choose. There are only 3 rooms available, according to the price. as if not reluctant to customers So we say okay, it's okay because we have already paid. call after a while Said that I will upgrade the room to a room for 1,200 baht, all 3 rooms, no additional thinking, we are ok // room condition is ok, not wow, a little musty smell, soft bed, has an extra bed. The door to the room was very difficult to close due to the wood. Maybe it was rained or something and the wood was swollen not sure.

Gives you a feeling of home Easygoing like at home Thought it would be beautiful in form This is a delux double, I get 1 double bed, 1 more baby bed, I see that there are many different parts. Reserve this room for ten, give me 3 and I will never come again.

The lady at reception was kind and friendly. As the type of our 2 booked rooms were not available for the consecutive rooms. So, we had been upgraded to the bigger 2 consecutive rooms without additional pay. The place of the hotel is very close to the friendship bridge and easy to connect if you have a trip to Laos. btw, the hotel is a bit old. Some electric devices (air conditioning) at my room was not working properly. In general, this place is ok if you don't need to stay near by the Mae Kong river.

Arrived and there were no people in front of the front No one answered the phone. After answering, tell to wait. Waited very long, about 2 hours. So the staff came. The officer answered the phone badly. When I got the room, I didn't get the room that I booked. There is no key for customers. At night, there were people quarreling over the room to enter our room. Fortunately it didn't open the door. Bathroom shower was broken. Not available The advertisement picture and the real thing doesn't match the cover. Do not recommend using the service If you have a negative star, definitely confirm that you put it fully.
