Pertama, saya diberikan kamar sesuai permintaan yaitu dengan dua single bed. Namun saat masuk kamar, kamarnya terlihat sangat kotor. Toilet tidak bersih, lantai juga demikian, furniture di dalam kamar juga terlihat sudah sangat usang, tempat tidur menggunakan spring bed yang sudah tidak layak pakai menurut saya. Saat AC dinyalakan ternyata bocor dan membasahi kasur. Untungnya ketika saya komplain kami ditawarkan untuk pindah kamar, sebenarnya kamar pengganti 11/12 dengan kamar pertama, furniture di dalam kamar sudah banyak yang lapuk, hanya saja sedikit lebih bersih. Sayang tidak ada pemanas air. Lift tersedia, namun kondisi juga sudah kurang layak, jujur agak takut naik lift nya, karena berbunyi ketika digunakan. Overall saya tidak merekomendasikan untuk tinggal di hotel ini.

Bad smell and very dirty. I booked a room with a double bed, but they gave me a room with 2 single beds. The air conditioner is very loud and old. There is no hot water is water.

We are family 3 people booked a room with triple beds. 5 nights around 150USD. The hotel very old and very dirty. First day check in. Linen have smelly like used linen of previous guest. Pillow has blood stains. Bed sheet have many yellow stains marks. Room no hot water machine, my mom was 65 year old and had to ask for room move and change linen the next day. Toilet bowl like for kid not for adults. All my photo attached for preference 😓. I will never come back. Very disappointed!
