The hotel staff provided a very good service. The room is comfortable. I already booked through the app. Why did I check in? Almost there is no room for accommodation, despite the fact that the credit card has been cut. I would like the agent to fix it too. Because the hotel explained that the room has been closed but the agent still accept the booking again Almost no accommodation But luckily the hotel solved the problem
