The Information Desk knows how to speak english, so check in was fast. Our room was in 5th Floor. It is really an old hotel, 5th floor has this odd noise because of elevator repair which is very disturbing when you sleep. The room is ok but its old already, the betit don't have water and the shower is not functioning well. The breakfast was good. Our stay was ok because we only stay there to have a place to sleep after exploring Kanchanaburi for the whole day.

The room was okay. Not so fancy but clean and comfortable. The staff in the reception are helpful. The only inconvenience we had was the room service. No one is answering from there dining or kitchen, though we tried many times. We suggest they removed the printed form about food delivery in the rooms.

The hotel is good especially the breakfast. But the hotel area there has a night club so at night they might have a loud noise till 1-2 am.
