Quiet, good sleep, clean room and other areas, good service, comfortable. The only thing missing is no mini bar, maybe because I booked a normal room. The bathroom is clean, has a shower screen, hot water. The lobby has a table for eating. We can order food and sit down.

The receptionist didn't matter. Rude accent Look at customers using disgusting eyes. Give an explanation about the room. When we ask to answer like annoyed Think about it if you are the owner, so prepare yourself to sleep. If the staff is changing, otherwise the hotel will be ruined. If have this kind of service

Room comfortable and large. According to the budget only because the prime search for hotels in Bangkok turns out to be a distance location if you want to downtown such as Pratunam Market or Siam Paragon, but if you go to Terminal 21 near the hotel. Sevelnya first walk around 10 minutes. Staff are friendly and can speak English. If you want to plan a vacation near Terminal 21, use this hotel. Anyway thanks loff
