The place is new and clean located in quiet area not to hard to access. Residential environment not hotel like. Breakfast was so so not much variety but ok. All staff r friendly. Not soundproof, the gap under the door is huge, furniture is small (Japanese own) the chair is not comfortable (for me). No minimart or any shops nearby on sight but not a big deal. I will be back.
