The hotel is very clean and quiet. Luxurious and convenient furniture, with a large kitchen and refrigerator and other household items. Location of the hotel is close to Walking Street and other dining venues in Pattaya. Right in front of the hotel is a street with a variety of food and markets. Really satisfied :)

The room is ok but there is no parking at all. Must park on the side of the road The staff seemed to really like to help. Call multiple times to get the answer is unclear. Before finding a place to park The check-out day must be the person who calls the staff by themselves. Come to check out. Very confused. Reported that it can't rain. But is it true that there must be people in the lobby all the time? Check out day back to Bangkok. Forgot the bag in the lobby. Two hours drive to eat in Pattaya. Do not call to notify or help. Until driving up the expressway to arrive in Bangkok, call back to inform back that the customer has forgotten what to do We didn't check the information. Don't know which customer But when checking out Meaning there are only two customers And we paid for the accommodation, not for free Should be more attentive I understand that I forget but the customer service of the staff should be better. Thank you.

The service was great, big room and fully equipped. The air conditioner had the loud noise while working caused a hard time to fall in sleep. The receptionist we met first was very nice and helpful when the other we met in the morning doesn’t want to communicate when we asked for the bus station. Generally nice place half way through and went off at the half time left.

Very spacious bathroom, clean, fully equipped kitchen, soft bed, plenty of living space. The front of the staff loves Longbye 24 hours. Near the source of eating below, walk down there. Near the market near Walking Street Park the car by the road.

This is not a hotel, but a pleasant apartment with its own kitchen, we can cook ourselves here if our tastes do not match the lugar cuisine. Yes, unfortunately, there is no laundry, I think I have to get out of the hotel to wash clothes elsewhere. But I have no problem.

The receptionist cannot speak English, and the service is very bad, 1 day my room was not cleaned, the reason was the cleaning service did not come. Continue to enter the hotel when you pass the smelly lobby because it passes the toilet. no elevator. On the 7th I want to continue the room by paying directly at the hotel. After I have deal, pay with the receptionist. Then the manager said the price was not that much, even though I already had proof of payment. the price soared. The manager is not good attitude and not responsible. The Resepsionist is not professional. Finally I checked out on the 7th, sometimes the hot water (shower) sometimes suddenly got cold. Then there are large insects in the room. I do not recommend this hotel for travelers. It just looks good but a lot is lacking. I will not return to this hotel, hopefully it will be useful to the reader. If necessary, I don't give stars if there is a choice. Very disappointing.

Lobby so small but very clean and the room very nice and big.no breakfast. Recomended. Near to walking street (walking 8 minute) and if u want go to the beach use public transportation (song teu maybe the car name) only 10 baht/person.
