We arrived to Phuket late due to our flight being delayed and when we got to the hotel, it was completely dark, making it look like it was closed. It turns out the front desk is only staffed until 9 PM. When I checked my messages, I saw that they had contacted us while we were still in the air, informing us that the guest in the room we had booked had missed their flight. They essentially told us to find somewhere else to stay. This was an awful start to our trip, as we were left without a place to stay for three hours, trying to find another hotel, but due to EDC happening, every place was fully booked. Not only did this hotel cancel my reservation last minute, but they also did the same to our friend. Avoid this hotel at all costs!! They can choose to cancel your reservation at anytime to fit their needs.

Went there for dinner and it was barbecue night. Food was excellent ,sausages ,chicken ,pork ,and cucumber salad were amazing, Marcus the owner is there to meet everyone and it is a great place to eat and drink and meet new friends

Booked last minute when our original hotel cancelled at short notice. Our original room wasn't great (number 14) but the owner Marcus kindly moved us to a different one (number 4) which was much nicer. Pool was lovely, staff were exceptionally friendly and went over and above to make us feel welcome and were great with our infant daughter who adored all of them. Kamala in general wasn't for us really, full of girly bars and massage places.

Looked pretty hard for accommodation in Kamala and found this really great place, just tucked in off the main road and cannot hear noise at all. Fantastic pool area and rooms clean and tidy with cleaning/towels everyday. Has a real friendly feel and great pool area with chairs which is perfect for a chill. 3 min walk from 7-11 and 10min walk from the beach, 10min cab up to Surin as well. Food good and beer reasonably priced! Very much worth a stay.

Only been to the restaurant but I can say that it's a more then pleasant experience, Marcus the owner and often also the host gets involved in everything and will be sure that you are taken care of, the chef ( I think Florian) will come to the table and explain you the daily specials if he's not cooking the delicious food. The German food is on point as well as the Thai food , reasonable prices and that together with very friendly service. Definitely worth a visit!
