The apartment is horrible, we need to wait for about 20'minutes to check in. And the agent was rude. The room have many little cockroaches soread everywhere. Even inside the microwave have cockroaches.

Unable to book a room because additional payment is required. Passing the blame back and forth between the accommodation and the booking app. I reported the problem and they passed the blame back and forth. There is no clear answer. They said to wait but did not know the duration.

Very bad. The room smells bad. The towels smell bad. The room is full of dust. But they charge 400 for cleaning. It is not included in the accommodation fee. Run away. Run away. Do you have 1 point? The whole hotel is bad. The app is bad for selfish purposes. Cancellation is not refundable.

c326 Clean the air conditioner urgently. It's very dirty. The water is warm, not hot, the air conditioner is not cold. Room price 5-6 hundred, notify in booking. Everyone is hurt because they normally reserve a hotel and collect a deposit. This one has a cleaning fee of 400. Transfer first before giving the room number which building. No one will notice. You've lost your stupidity.

The room is old, has a musty smell, booked for 3 people, in the details it says that there is an extra mattress provided. But there is no actual stay, there is only a sofa. It is a room that feels like a condo for rent like a hotel. There is no reception or front in case you need any additional requests. The property description states that there will be an additional cleaning fee. This should be included in the rent. Because some people didn't notice. Booked through a payment agency and still have to clear cleaning fees for the rental room owner. Personally, I think it's difficult. (The TV table is secretly scary. It's like a chest of some kind. It's good that I didn't meet a ghost 😂)

I still like the hotel's swimming pool. I have a few comments about the bathroom. Please help me install a shower curtain. It would be very good. The oily shower water soaks the bathroom floor in front of the toilet. The sink is gone.

Very bad room. I booked 2 days but I slept one night and left. Ants were crawling on the walls 😁. Towels were b*******. 3 bottles of water for 2 days booking. 400 Baht for cleaning and the room nothing to clean. The pictures on the site is not what to expect when booked. I regret booking it.
