Good.กว้าง spacious. Good location. Nice pool. Nice balcony. Improvement. 1) air conditioner was too noisy to sleep. 2) staff need to improve services immediately, check in, booking direct really to improve. 3) room had lot of dust. 4) unregistered guest can get in to the hotel room easily. 5) many guests reserved the pool bench while we t to the beach and had breakfast. They shouldn't have done that. Thst was too selfish to others who wanted to pool bench.

Room set price 2600+, accidentally bought food to eat in the room in the evening, then call down to borrow a plate and spoon The officer informed me that There is a service fee of 100 baht. I'm confused. Not very impressed. Stay somewhere else for a thousand. Still free to borrow For the receptionist in front of the counter With the porter. Good service. This part would appreciate. The pool There are many pools, but the table beside the pool and the arch is very old and musty. Who come to stay this time because the husband and children like to swim So I tried to book for 1 night. It appears that I'm not impressed with the transfer of the school and probably won't come back again.

Check-in completed, the staff didn't go to help lift the luggage at all. The hotel has dust in various places. There is a foul smell of salted fish in the hotel. There are ants, direct staff, bar talking loudly. The advantage is that the room is large, the breakfast is delicious, the pool is wide.

I have received the service from the first day of check-in on 12-15. The staff is an apprentice. Women don't know about it and don't unlock the key card code. I locked myself out of my room Beloy does not help carry the bag at all. Standing point pointing to walk over there. On the 14th day, I went to eat breakfast at 10.00. The staff chased me and my husband out. He said that it was time for 2 minutes to collect both of my cards. I paid everything for convenience already in advance. So I drove out to eat outside. And on the day that I returned, the staff charged me with the food, which I didn't eat. He didn't have a bill. I let the staff at the counter call the cashier from the restaurant. He said that I ordered some pizza, some beer, cold coffee, etc. My husband drank 2 bottles of beer at the pool. He told me. I let him deduct with the deposit. I said that since you chased me out of the restaurant that morning I didn't order anything at your hotel again. I have to leave the car in front of the hotel with the security guard and go out to find food from outside the hotel instead. He flicked in front of me and was angry and walked away. The key is wrong and don't apologize. I waited for about 40 minutes to check out for a very long time. *** The hotel is very nice, the rooms are good, the location is very good, the pool is clean. Good maid service But you shouldn't let an intern to work alone. When he has a problem, he can't solve the problem for the customer. And more importantly, you should let your staff speak English with foreign guests. Should not speak Thai, chase him like that I come to honeymoon Really disappointed
