Hot air conditioner, just borrow a hair dryer. Can't find it for 3 days and 2 nights. The room is not like a hotel, like a dormitory.

It started with a receptionist who is like Security guard Instead of checking the reservation from the ID card But request a reservation number from the customer instead With which we do not know So I took the booking number from the receipt of the app to say that it does not match. So told me to make a check from the name Finally, we can find the booking number in the app. To have stayed #If not already paid Here walk away The old style room has mosquitoes, spring bed, collapsed bed and back pain. Not that the room is clean. # Not recommended.

On 2 Feb 62, I booked the standard double room via the app to check in. Room 515 When opening into the room with the expectation that it will look like After opening, it was quite disappointing. The room is very different from the picture. It's called different rooms. So come down to ask for a reception that is the room that is booked? Younger says yes So I told you that I would like to check out each other. The room is not the same as the app. Accept that very disappointed In addition, I said that I wanted to talk to the owner about this issue. I left the number until today. Day 4 Feb has not yet been contacted.

Old hotel, renovated The management system is not as good as it should be. Hotels and traveloka websites that made reservations do not link to information.
