The staff very helpful location a little bit far from the beach you have to take a taxi from the hotel it costs 50baht but if you take a taxi from outside it will cost more than 200baht however the view and the room is so nice!!

The room was perfect. Nice view with very good privacy for us. The only thing that bad with our room is the air conditioner is not functioning very well. At one point the room was so steamy and foggy because of the air conditioner. The bathroom sink was faulty as well. The make up my room was not functioning. I pressed the sign but apparently the sign is not functioning, so the housekeeper end up didn't clean our room. It was so upsetting because we went out the whole day and expecting the room will be clean when we came back but the housekeeper didn't clean the room. So we had to call the receptionist to inform the housekeeper to clean our room. But overall, it was not a bad stay. Really give the credit to the beautiful and privacy room.

Pada hari ke 3 saya mendapatkan penawaran ke Club room gratis yaitu room khusus member, yah meskipun room ini seharga 7 jutaan per malam tapi tetap sangat menyiksa jika anda tidak bawa kendaraan pribadi karena letaknya jauh di atas bukit, mending pilih dekat lobi (villa A-D). Makanan di sini cukup enak. Saya juga mencoba cocktail dan enak. Overall puas jika anda pilih kamar yang ada private pool.

The location of the resort is not far from Putong Beach, the hotel provides a shuttle bus to town but it is not free, aka paying 50 bath/person, this is different from other resorts which have a free shuttle bus. Because it is located on a hill, I suggest you choose a room that is not so far from the front lobby.

Great breakfast and awesome sea view! Only few minutes from hotel to central patong or patong beach (nice bus shuttle services at hotel available). Strongly recommended- come back again:-).

Our location is close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. 10 minutes away in either direction to the north to Kamala Beach or south to Patong.

Swimming pool tiles fall off when calling to tell staff to change rooms, but the staff's voice is not good. Emphasize that we are a normal room, but the price is almost 4000 baht. The service is not good at all. The staff who changed the room.
