It was a nice experience staying here. The real place is even better than the advertised pictures, beyond expectation! All services are prompt and thoughtful. Cleanliness is near perfect with very friendly staffs. We stayed in premium deluxe sea view with Jacuzzi and everything worked perfectly. The only thing that bothered me was the bed, with the sharp corners pointing out. I think it is because the mattress size doesn't exactly matches the bed. Both my wife and I hurt our legs on that pointy edges more than once. The food was amazingly delicious, it tempted my wife to join the cooking class from the hotel (but unfortunately we didn't get enough time). The price for in-room dining is reasonable. If you are looking for views, there's plenty of spots with beautiful ones. We love the mini beach that felt like it is our private beach. Nice spot to chill early in the morning. And we are very grateful for the complimentary cake for our honeymoon. It was very thoughtful of the hotel management. Totally recommended hotel to stay in Phuket.

I don't know how this hotel is rated 5 stars. There was no hot water at night. The bath tub outside the balcony was not working. We had people coming trying to fix it so many times, we just gave up at the end. The cleaning staff didn't even bother to check if the shower gel or the shampoo tubes were empty and they were nor replacing them or throwing them away. Also the place is quite isolated and the room service stops at 10:30pm so there is no way to get food after that hour.

Room cleanliness is ok The bathroom also has black mold to see the beds, soft pillows, good, quiet, comfortable sleep, the service staff is not that good, Wow. The view is great, next to the sea but can't play in the water. Nice swimming pool, 24 hour room service, next to the hotel entrance. On the curving path, much more likely to get hit by the back? Especially if coming to the opposite lane This is definitely not possible. Must go to the hotel first, then make a U-turn But when leaving the hotel, the security guards look at the car very well, the parking is small and is quite narrow.

Overall is considered good. Lovely staff But the rooms and buildings look a little dated There is no hair dryer in the room too. Hotel size less than a thousand per night is also provided. Breakfast is quite a little for this class hotel. The room has a good view and full sea view.

Choices for breakfast is less than I expected and chef didn't look satisfy when I ordered omelette. The room was big but toilet was broken so I called front desk and they fixed it. Staff are friendly.
