It's not so clean , even no toilet papers in the main bathrooms . Cups and plates were not clean even in the morning.you need to ask for regular cleaning. The food was nice and the terrace was beautiful but they needed more HK and chiefs for sure.

Friendly, hospitable and professional staff. Loved having Rony’s Cafe right in the building. Made it convenient to get a cup of coffee with a friend without having to hop in a taxi. I also ate 2 meals there. I ate one inside, where I could still look out the large windows to see outside, and I ate the other one outside. The food was great both times, but the highlight was freshly squeezed mango juice!

Too close to the highway, no sidewalk, difficult to get to the village of Swefieh, they called us a taxi from the hotel to that place (4 JD), but on the way back they called us an uber from the cafe and we only paid 1.5 JD

Man, where do I even start with this place? My brother's engagement party at the Olive Tree Hotel on January 1st was a disaster from start to finish. Yeah, the place looked nice—clean and all that jazz. But let me tell you, when it comes to actually running an event? Total catastrophe. First off, there was no one in charge. Like, seriously? On New Year's Day? You'd think they'd have at least one person keeping things in check. Instead, it was chaos. No one knew who to talk to, what was happening next, nada. And don't get me started on the language problem. In an Arabic-speaking region, you'd expect the staff to handle basic Arabic, right? Nope. They couldn't manage Arabic or English. So trying to get anything done was like pulling teeth. The couple, bless them, had to open their own dang doors. Can you believe it? Supposed to be their big day, and they're there, greeting guests like they work there. And then the DJ decides to bail early? Talk about unprofessional. Left us hanging in the middle of the party. And the lighting? Ugh, don't even get me started. It was like they forgot to hire someone to set the mood. The first dance was supposed to be magical—instead, it felt like we were in a dimly lit basement. Oh, and desserts? They served them when the couple wasn't even there. Completely messed up the schedule we'd agreed on. And drinks? Forget about it. Half the guests were left high and dry. Look, I'm not writing this to vent. Well, maybe a little. But mostly, it's because I'm still disappointed. My brother and his fiancée deserved better. You can polish up a place all you want, but if you can't get the basics right—like, I don't know, serving desserts when the couple is actually present—then what's the point? So yeah, if you're thinking of having a special event here, maybe think again. The Olive Tree Hotel might look good on the outside, but when it comes down to it, they seriously dropped the ball on what should've been a day to remember for all the right reasons.
