From start to finish, my experience at this hotel has been absolutely outstanding. The level of service, attention to detail, and luxurious amenities truly set this hotel apart. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and comfortable. The rooms are impeccably clean and beautifully designed, creating a perfect sanctuary. The dining options were top-notch, and the breakfast was a delightful way to start the day. Special shoutout to Ergazi, the breakfast waiter, whose attentive and friendly service truly made our mornings special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay.

Nice hotel, great location but I wouldn’t necessarily go back again. Yes our room was really spacious, but the hygiene isn’t great and not what I expect from an MO property at all. I put on clean white socks and walked around the room for a few minutes before I put on my shoes and noticed they were black underneath from the dirt and dust. Not really acceptable, especially for a brand like this and in this price bracket. Service is 50/50 with some being very helpful and some being dry so it wasn’t consistent. For the prices that we paid we’d rather go to four seasons, as it’s almost the same.

Everything was fantastic! The location, personalized service, facilities, comfort of the bed, and the view from the terrace were all outstanding.
My only concern is with the kitchen and restaurants. The breakfast could use improvement; I struggled to get a simple double-sided fried egg cooked to a proper consistency. By the third morning, I decided to make a salmon sandwich myself. Additionally, the selection of cold appetizers was less varied compared to other high-end hotels.
All over, my experience of stay in your hotel was very fantastic!

Wonderful. Not only the rooms and surroundings are beautiful but what are stay made extraordinary was the personal touches of the teams. The reception was flawless from bell boy to rooming. The restaurant and bar teams of Olea, breakfast and Hakkasan were super personal and attentive. It was a real treat to be their guests. Great gym as well
