As a frequent traveller to Turkey, I have stayed in numerous hotels and suites, and I can say with certainty, here is one of the best places for tourists to stay in Istanbul. The owner of this place and his sons are super kind and helpful. They can speak English and are always willing to help their guests at any costs. The place is super clean and all essential kitchen utensils are available for making and serving meals. The location is extremely strategic as it is within walking distance (almost 400 meters) to Havaist (airport shuttle in Istanbul), taksim square, and sisli. The alley where the hotel is located is very safe at nights and is super close to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. It is also really well-located in terms of access to public transport like buses and metro (only a couple of minutes walking distance to the stations). The rooms renovated spacious, and free toiletries and water is provided free of charge. I strongly recommend this place to budget-minded travellers.

Ruby suites Taksim is a really well-located, clean, and affordable place. The owners are very helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in their residence. The place is really close to all local amenities and public transport. We had a great stay here and would definitely come back the next time we plan to stay in Istanbil.

worst experience in my life. I booked a room for 12 nights then changed my mind the first moment I saw the room. Dirty, and old. the reception can’t speak a word of English. I made them understand that I want to cancel my reservation with translators and they told me they have to charge the first night. I accepted that then they randomly entered my room in the middle of the night I don’t get the reason for that. after a few days they took the full amount from my card without informing me.
