The Green Park Bostancı

The rooms are big enough but unfortunately very old. To be honest, some of the furniture such as the toilet and wardrobe looked a bit outdated for a hotel claiming 5 star quality. Anyone who usually visits a 5-star hotel may be a little disappointed here. Otherwise the staff was very nice and helpful. They have extra services but, for example, I forgot my coat in the closet and called later. I got help quickly and within a few hours I received a text message saying my jacket had been shipped to the address I provided. Thank you very much for this, but the mail cost more than 200 TL, although it should normally cost 40/50 TL, and the postman told me that this was not normal! Then I got angry and called. They told me that they don't normally have such services and that they do this as an extra😕 Oh, before I forget: There are 2 more things I don't like: 1. There is probably live music in the lobby and it is too loud for me personally. Since my room was on the first floor, I could even hear music in the room just before 1am! It would be great if this could be changed. 2. The main entrance was filled with large stones and was partially blocked because it was understood that it was going to be renovated. Even if it is a construction area, I think the road should remain at least partially safe and unobstructed for hotel guests. Unfortunately, it's a place I definitely don't plan on going back to.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful & friendly. Every morning we are greeted by the restaurant cashier Mr. Merdan who is very kind and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location and I would recommend staying here for your next visit.

The environment of the restaurant was calm and had a good variety of food, especially the breakfast, which had a lot of variety. The cashier of the restaurant, Mr. Merdan was very active and friendly and behaved respectfully. Of course, the hotel reception were also good and friendly.

Hotel might be bit old stylish but it make charming turkish atmosphere Cleaning service every morning done super tidy by really lovely elderly couple. In a special announcement deserves mr Merdan - cashier /super friendly, always helpful, speaking well english and always welcoming with the smile on his face. Been there twice and every time i had really positive and nice stay :)

Nice spacious rooms. The air conditioning wasn't quite up to American standards but it was adequate. Breakfast was fantastic! The staff is very helpful and friendly.
