I really like Rotana hotels and in particular this one in Al Ain. It is a nice resort which offers all amenities yet is rationally sized and in close proximity to Al Ain’s main attractions.

Its an amazing hotel, this is the second time I stay at this hotel within 2 months and its always exceed my expectation! Special thanks to Tajul from the resturant who was always there to support you along all the teams. From reception desk also they were very supportive, I cant remember the name of the lady that starts with L as far as I remember but she did great job too.

Outstanding experience at Rotana! The manager, front desk and housekeeping went above and beyond to pay attention to small advance requests and housekeeping was amazing! The rooms are spotless and absolutely gorgeous. Zest offered a delicious buffet dinner and breakfast as always. Thank you Al Ain Rotana and the manager of this hotel who has clearly formed a solid team. Well done!

The hotel is well positioned in the city, great staff and service and has good breakfast and dinner options. The pool was great for the kids although it got busy over the weekend.
Apart from the pool there wasnt much else for the kids to do.

The stay was amazing, a long with great service, staring from the entrance/ valet Luis helped us, then Jessie did great job at the reception along with great service support from the IT and the reception to solve a small issue I had at my room, then great breakfast with a lot of varieties and Yousef there was very polite and supportive, near the pool the people were very supportive specially the life guard Anaas and the team. The room that I booked is huge and I recommend you to book on first floor -new wing- it perfectly fitted my family including 2 of my kids and has huge balcony facing the pool, In general I would do it again for sure and this my 3rd time at this hotel, I could notice the level of changes and the great service level, thanks again 👍

I booked on Hotels.com a king size bed pool view on the new wing,
Where do I start ..
I was given a twin room instead with a view of a pool under renovation, the balcony has no visual barrier to the rooms both to my right and left, if you look left or right you see your neighbors hence zero privacy.
The bed mattress was quite stiff but the pillows were great, location is very good with plenty of parking.
Don’t expect a “Rotana” experience.
