City Premiere Hotel Apartment

I asked for the change of my room to neighboring room on the same floor and the staff ( Kristynn ) said it is booked until jan4 2025. No one was there for my stay ( 30 dec-2nd jan ). Not returning back to this property in future.

Disappointed with my stay here. There was an issue with my booking when I had booked for 3 adults but expedia send me booking for 2 adults only. I called the hotel and told them and they said to me that was fine and no extra charges was mentioned. I had stayed with them on the 29th of September and we mentioned our booking for the 23rd to 29th of October with 3 adults and were told it was all good. When we arrived on the 23rd the reception said the booking was for 2 only and we had to pay extra 150 aed per night for an extra bed which wasnt mentioned before. After a lot of discussion we were finally allowed to check in even though we had paid the full amount 6 days in advance. The guy at the reception refused to give us an extra bed and was not nice. The porter mentioned the sofa bed to us and told housekeeping to gave us extra blankets. We used the sofa bed which I’m sure had bed bugs us I was bitten terribly by something. Also the plumbing on the toilets were terrible it kept blocking mention to reception twice but no improvement. I had stayed at this same hotel in 2019 and my experience was better than it was this time. The porters are very helpful but that is the only positive I found.

Poor communication even when told 3 adults were checking in I was told last minute to pay extra when we didn’t we were refused extra bed. The sofa bed had bedbugs I was bitten very badly.

Really appreciate the upgrade which was given. Services by all staff was superb. Attended to our needs instantly. Maintenance staff were excellent in their job. Shout out to the swimming pool staff.

We visited for two nights. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Pros: - Location: on Sheikh Zayed Road. Close to Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future and a metro station. There is a grocery store in the adjacent building. - The apartment is spacious (we took a premium 3-bedroom apartment on the 35th floor). -The rooms and bathrooms are clean. - The kitchen is complete: refrigerator, oven, microwave, pots, plates and utensils. - The used dishes are cleaned by the housekeeping service. - Room service dishes are reasonably priced. The manager, Mr. Nabil, served us graciously. Cons: - The breakfast buffet has limited choices and its level is average or below average. - We requested a car to take us to the airport from the reception, but it was not requested until the bellboy visited us to take the luggage, which led to our delay due to miscommunication.

Great value for the money! The appliances in the kitchen need to be replaced. Also, attention to detail can be improved in terms of cleanliness. Overall, the apartments are very nice and spacious.

Only drawback is that surrounding area was under construction

Very nice hotel and it's near the mall. Everyone that works there were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and room service staff.

Good, easy to go everywhere. Metro is just 2 min. Eatingplace also 2 min. Enjoyed stay.
