I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was terrible—none of the staff were helpful or attentive. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, it felt like I was being ignored.
The room was far below expectations: it was tiny, cramped, and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was a major issue; the room felt dirty and uninviting, with visible dust and stains. It was clear that proper housekeeping wasn’t a priority.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and an uncomfortably small room made my stay unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is not a hotel, this is a lodge. The rooms are very tiny and there is only one bottle of water provided for welcoming guests. For the rest of the day, we have to buy our own water. The services are very poor and the restaurant and hotel staff have very rude behavior.

Such a poor hotel in dubai. Can u imagine there is no glasses in the room to drink water? Surprisingly they asked 3dhs for a disposable glass which u get in cafeteria with a cup of 1dhs tea. We can't say it's a hotel, Its just a dormitory and another surprise is the toilet is just like a flight toilet
The price is almost triple for what it worth. U get a small bottle of Water from the reception, not served in the room.

take holidays from work that I needed to take a break and stay relax . It was my fault for not reading other people's reviews before booking. This place shouldn't be called a hotel. I felt tired and wanted to cry after my stay. but lucky i booking only 1 day

i visit this hotel around 4 5 days ago in Midnight i stay 1 night there but there romm price is higher then other hotels but also room is not that much good only for emergency you can use this hotel
