This is one of the best hotels in Dubai...only problem is the breakfast buffet recycles the same food day after day. They don't change anything nor have options.

We had an overall wonderful stay at Five Palm Jumeirah. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The check-in process did take a bit longer than expected, but we were happy with the upgrade we received, which was a nice touch.
However, there was one issue that stood out. One of the staff members was quite insistent on not allowing my wife to check in because she had forgotten her ID. Despite explaining that I could have someone bring the ID later, the staff member was firm in saying "no," which felt a bit unaccommodating and unpleasant.
Fortunately, after speaking with the manager, the situation was resolved smoothly. He was very helpful and ensured that we were checked in without any further issues. He also arranged for the ID to be submitted in 2hrs which we did.
Overall, despite this small setback, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. The hotel itself is fantastic, and the manager's assistance really turned things around for us.

Service wise, how can male receptions have great attitude, housekeeping as well...while the the Front desk Ladies and kitchen ladies shows the opposite? They need to learn to respect guests, clearly need improvements. Properties are great, many great facilities, amazing pool, but for the deluxe room I booked, what I get is a corner room just behind a big wall and it has two gigantic hot blower, I can barely get out to the balcony. Worst view ever for such a nice hotel. Food is expensive compared to other hotels with the same stars. I’ll give 3 stars.
