I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, everything seemed fine at first, but then I noticed a cockroach scuttling across the floor. It was a clear sign of poor cleanliness and lack of pest control. I immediately notified the front desk, but the response was less than reassuring. They offered to change rooms, but the experience left me feeling uneasy and unsatisfied. The other rooms had cockroaches too. Bed is so hard and sheets were dirty. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. They need to shut down.

The staff were friendly but our room was infested with cockroaches They shifted to another room, that was even worse They tried to give us a third room but we refuse to move

Hotel administrator not dear me deaf, I not like

We booked as a quick stop over night to get our heads down for sleep while we waited for our friend to arrive on the flight after us. We didn’t want to pay too much but something that was close to the Airport. Arrived at 1am due to flight delay. Got taken to our room that smelt of smoke. Creatures crawling on bathroom floor! Bathroom so dirtier than a muddy football team! We couldn’t sleep as there was a nightclub in the hotel that is open till 3am. We were leaving at 6.30pm so on my got under 3hours sleep! I wouldn’t recommend even for a quick stop!

Dump, we only needed it for a few hours while we waited for our flight any longer and we would have walked out, disgusting place.

Not the best but close to work

The fact that I was sent a link to write this review proves that i had a confirmed booking. But the hotel reception outright refused to acknowledge the confirmation claming they dont know about hotels.com. So I had to find another hotel to stay. And what is amusing is that i booked another hotel for the next day onwards from the same group - Fortune Group. And they had no issues.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in Dubai. They first gave us a room full of cockroaches (4-5 cockroaches running inside the bathroom). We changed rooms but the quality wasn't any better. Really old rooms, with old furniture and primitive bathrooms. Absolutely horrible service, cleanliness and hygiene.

My stay at the hotel was very good the rooms are clean services great Needs some work in the bathroom Showerhead And sprayer or not working don’t work properly.

The stay was not at all felt like a comfort place for family... everywhere a dim feel... hotel management prefer guests who are coming for bachelor enjoyment... front desk staff behavior like they are the ustomers and guests as their suppliers! The lighting inside the room and corridor very poor, location is good those who are looking...cleaness is very poor...found cockoches, bugs etc. In the toilet! Hotel staff discourage online bookings....I think hotel.com should remove this hotel from their list

The hotel property is a bit old, so if you are looking for a modern new hotel, not this one. The toilets were dirty and not clean.

Nice Hotel for Stopover near Airport Terminal 2

This is an unfortunate experience in a great city. A deceiving information ab the hotel apartment that people chose for having a washer and dryer that was my reason to chose this place Expedia site advertising a gracious hotel with some harsh realities. Expedia description states washer dryer and free local calls. No single studio or apartment has a washer or any inside laundry service. I complained to reception, sir no other choice he denied the info I printed Expedia and this fraudulent information he said you have no choice money already paid. No laundry service but an expensive outside one. No apology or courtesy for this inconvenience, rooms were not cleaned on daily basis and smells like a dirty ashtray They have a bar downstairs and on the 1 st floor what looks like a club with Arab dancers a super loud noise every night till three 3 AM. I pointed this out don’t worry sir I’ll place you on a higher floor (3rd) true away from the club noise but facing a highway and train station. I used my noise reduction earphones during my entire stay. Parking is like a driving challenge super narrow driveway to the basement I prayed not to damage my rented Audi. I street parking up with two 150 Dirhams parking tickets. Front disk employee lacking a common sense to a disturbing point not to keep my passport hours after reservation and I have to realize I didn’t get it back. a business center windows 5 and to print the reception wrote me his email to print personal file
