Front desk - non-existent / non-helpful. Cleaning good, actually workers good. But reception has no role. They didn’t coordinate a washer or really anything whatsoever. Not near anything

I've only just arrive an hour ago, but received a nice welcoming reception at the front desk, some personalized service, and a slight upgrade in room. And since I arrived just after midnight, then extended my checkout time for the next morning until 1:00 p.m.. I don't see hotels offering that too often.

Close to airport.
Large shopping mall nearby with various dining options and also large Carrefour supermarket.
Reception is busy at times but staff are extremely helpful.

Fantastic place if you want to be close to the airport.
Incredible staff, from Farouk and the lady whose name I forgot, to the doormen.
Room was huge especially for the price. Hotel was modern and well maintained.
There are great restaurants in the area.

Great staff and accommodating and the gentleman whose name is difficulty pronouncing but starts with a P and staffs the bar and restaurant was very professional and kind. Everybody there was actually . Close to airport and great food at Italian Restaurant. Thank you all and hope to be back soon !
