Good location, nice room, amazing staff, good breakfast

When we arrived in our room upon check in there were smb’s dirty underwear and socks. I am in shock that this is even possible in 5* hotel. I have to call reception twice so they could send smb to clean it up. There were no apologies, there was nothing from the hotel side to solve this incident. I am in shock, this is not acceptable in any hotel, especially in the hotel that claims to be a 5* hotel! They just didn’t care about this incident and didn’t make a follow up to make sure we are ok. No apology, no solution proposed. Worst service ever. I would never stay there again and would recommend everyone to avoid this property!

I stayed at the property for just 4 hours of the night. Can’t say much about it. But it was nice and clean.

Terrible experience with what I would called a 3 star hotel. Was charged 250 dollars for an extra bed that was in the worst condition ever.. the brought me an old broken mattress and when I complained, the brought me a second mattress stained with a huge circle in the middle… you could not imagine sleep on such a thing… they made me wait for hours to send a supervisor and the only solution they had was to use blankets as the bed… paid 250 dollars to sleep on the floor. There was no responsibility or accountability from the hotel. The breakfast was also very average and the premises are definitively not up to the stars the hotel proclaiming it has… At most, is a 3 star hotel, very expensive for what you get! Do not recommend it at all….

Room was fine but overall property was stinky. Breakfast was horrible. Reception staff was unwelcoming. Property location was pretty bad in terms of the locality around. We stayed in deluxe room with sea view. Limited lighting in the room and was very depressing.

Great hotel and location

After a long flight, they took soo long to check in also. Almost every guest complained about service being slow while we were waiting to be checked in also. Also we were provided with smoking room even after we chose non smoking room months earlier

Across the road from the beach, walkable to shops, restaurants & bars. Quick, easy, friendly check-in. Great room & amenities. Definitely recommend.

Nice rooms. Good customer service

The bathroom sink had hair in it upon check-in. They took away the face towels and never brought new ones, despite asking them to. TV is outdated, remote barely works. Not impressed.

It was bad experience due to giving us different type of room than what we booked and not matching with the booking information. In addition the reason is they don’t have the type of booked room! Which should not happened and they did not fix that issue by giving upgrade! They provided down grade room!. The booked room is two bed and see view, the room provided was one bed and not a see view
