Amazing breakfast on the top floor with beautiful view arround Dubai and to Burj Kalifa! The bedroom suite was really clean and very very big and comfortable! Very good hotel staff! Thanks again!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Mathew at the Olivine restaurant was especially the best! He was super helpful and friendly! He was very attentive and always knew what we were having for breakfast! Will definitely book again!

They were okay for me to check out at 01:00 pm and confirmed by 3 people over there. At the day of the check out and at 11:30 am they called me and asked to check out earlier by 12:30 latest. This missed up my schedule that day!!!

What a fantastic property! In addition to the rooms being extremely spacious, the staff was great (front desk, restaurant) and it was a short 10 minute walk to the tram station which we used daily. Highly recommend.

This was the most luxurious hotel we had ever stayed in and at an extremely reasonable price. The attention to detail was striking. The personnel went above and beyond constantly and consistently. Breakfast was included and we loved Irma in particular who helped keep my coffee cup/ fountain flowing at all times :)
Front desk staff knew us by first name, always had a smile on their faces for all hours of the night.
Security staff and valet were extremely friendly.
This will likely be our go to hotel apartments for all future Dubai trips.

Very memorable and enjoyable stay. We were very well looked after and the hotel staff were fantastic. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Also the hotel was within an easy 10 minute walk from the metro station which can take you to landmarks like burj khalifa. Overall a brilliant stay.

I email Hôtel that I’m disabled I need fully accessible room they confirmed it was ready which was Not.
Also when I booked it said fully accessible which was Not.
