Amazing experience in the hotel. The restaurants are perfect, the staff very friendly, the pool excellent.

Best hotel in Dubai!

Very comfortable room located a 10 minute walk from the Business Bay metro station. Little market on the ground level was a plus for food purchases. Lots of restaurants across the street but one has to walk to the street corner (a bit of a distance) to get across the street). Concierge services and reception staff are superb. Reception lobby is on the 14th floor and rooms are reached by way of separate elevator lobbies — a bit confusing. The hotel needs major signage in the south side of the building to direct guests arriving by metro. The large DAMAC sign leads one to believe the building is not a hotel.

I recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Initially, my room was not very clean, and several items like extra toiletries and extra towels were missing. The hotel did move us to an upgraded room, which seemed like a nice gesture, but sadly, the air conditioning is not working there as well, making our stay uncomfortable. It needs to be addressed by a technician. On top of that, the customer service was not great. The men working at the hotel didn’t seem welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable. Despite the upgrade, the issues with cleanliness, AC, and the lackluster service made it hard to recommend this place. I hope the hotel works on these areas to improve for future guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an average experience. While the staff was helpful and attentive, the food was disappointing and did not meet 5-star standards. The options were quite limited, and the taste was very average. Overall, the hospitality was good, but the dining experience needs significant improvement.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was really friendly, and the food, pool, and gym were all great. My only complaint would be the noise from the cars, which could still be heard through my window even though I was on the 21st floor. Otherwise, it’s a very good hotel."

Hotel is wonderful very stylish Staff is amazing

The staff member at this hotel are all very friendly and helpful. They sent us a cake for my husband’s birthday which is so sweet. The sky pool was the reason that I booked this hotel and it was amazing.

Staff was very helpfull and move quickly for any questions and concerns

Its skypool at 64th floor is absolutely spectacular. I will stay there again to enjoy the amazing infinity pool overlooking Dubai downtown skyline including Burj Khalifa.

It was terrible because the AC was hot and i complained 3 time and still was the AC was hot and i couldn’t sleep well to get early to get the cource that i had in the same hotel.

I’m going to give my honest review for my 6 days stay with the Paramount Midtown Hotel, honestly this is the best of the best hotel I’ve ever encountered & stayed with. This shouldn’t be a 5 star rather 10 stars . Upon Check in I was welcomed by both receptionist and my check in was done by Ms Marina, beautiful young receptionist whose hospitality was top notch. After a long haul flight I came for Check in and the service I received was very admirable. Check in was very smooth, I was showed to my room, got the best views & could see the Burj Khalifa building. Madina was careful to explain all informations about the hotel that a guest would need to know for their stay to me, and also I’m grateful for Mohammed at the concierge very happy , welcoming with a big smile he was very helpful and attending , same as the luggage porters, and the gentlemen infront of the hotel helping you to get transportation. Every staff was very nice, In room dinning service was very good, respectful , attending , food was delicious I loved every bits of it. Will be coming back for Christmas and new years and will be staying at this specific hotel. Such lovely staffs, and house keeping team 10/10 overall 10/10 experience will definitely come back and next time try the pool area as I was busy never had the time to try the outdoor pool I had a look and it’s very beautiful especially in the evening. Highly recommended, will invite my fellow London friends and family here Such a nice experience.

A very nice hotel and would recommend to all.amazing breakfast and our room was fantastic. Just constructive feedback the reception process and experience could be a little bit more special. Not bad and certainly have had no issues but little more smile and welcoming could take it up a notch. Just a tiny bit dry and functional.
