Beautiful hotel in every way. Trendy rooms with great views. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Professional and friendly staff. The hotel is located in a touristy area. Very pleasant to walk around when the weather is good. Highly recommend!

Very good overall as a hotel, solid location, lots of amenties!

I booked three rooms at the hotel, a 2 bedroom suite, a junior suite and a premium delux room for 9 nights for my family. Paid over £25,000, We are well traveled and appreciate that mistakes occur even when starting at 5 star hotels, the overriding difference is that hotel is l not like others which recognise immediately that holiday time away with the family is priceless that you can’t get back and to reflect this when things go wrong, instead, this hotels attitude and senior management approach is to argue, disbelieve, attempt to do the bare minimum, to fob one off and ultimately not make right even things go bad. I write this brief review which includes no embellishment with a hope to help others. Check in took 2 hours, they messed up our booking. Took 24 hours to resolve that. In the family pool a couple was having sex on two occasions, reported to staff but they were too awkward to resolve. Finally security were called. The pool area is not controlled by the hotel, club music played all day long at a sitter crazy level that inhibits any conversation , reading or listen to EarPods . Staff ignore requests to moderate. Impossible to get a fun lounger by pool, staff take bribes from guests to reserve loungers. The pool area opens at 7am yet I would wake up at 6am and almost all were taken. To sit next to the pool to watch little ones play in the water, you have to pay 2000 aed per lounger. At end, we were forced to pay charges or be detained by hotel security.

Exc lent ultra modern hotel on great location on the walk. We stayed 3 nights here on b&b rate, we had deluxe room on 33rd floor great views. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, We spent a few hour by the pool the pool guys were such good fun and always found us a bed, god dj and saxophonist playing. Good selection of restaurants in the hotel we ate in Luigia and Ammo’s both highly recommend All the staff are lovely and accommodating a special mention to Maria on reception who really looked after us on checkin what a lovely friendly girl

Where do we even begin with our magical experience… Throughout our stay we’ve been greeted with nothing but kindness and attentiveness. All staff have been so welcoming in ensuring our stay was perfect. I’d like to give a special mention to Batuhan, Daniel at front of house, Musa, Chef Padel, Tito in management for taking special care of us. We look forward to seeing you again soon! :)

This hotel has everything you need to expend the great time in Dubai Marina area, beautiful beach and great customer service. I would definitely stay here back when I come back to Dubai

I'm a regular Rixos customer and, as always, my stay was superb. The Staff really make it a pleasure. Only downsides for the first time here were the very noisy construction right next door and the somewhat scuffed and tired-looking poolside furniture. These matters need to be addressed. I normally rate 5/5, but this time I was going to give a 3. It would have stayed at a 3 had the staff not been so wonderful.

Pros - nice pool area, good food at buffet, excellent housekeeping staff, good access to restaurants and shops on JBR strip. Cons - cold service checking in at reception, AC in rooms not strong enough, no personal touches to your stay if that's what you're used to at other hotels. Note that the hotel takes a deposit at the beginning of ur stay, we left 11 days ago and are still yet to receive the remainder of the deposit.

Rixos was nothing short of amazing! There’s so much to do in the area. The staff was super nice and our room was cleaned multiple times per day.

This hotel was huge and felt a little lonely as a solo traveller. I didn’t feel the exceptional customer service on checking in as I have at other hotels. The food was excellent. Buffett again huge and service was slow due to volume of dinners at peak time. Cleaning of my room was extremely good. The gym was amazing!!

This hotel was amazing. We arrived early and they have a room ready for us at no extra charge. Hotel is extremely clean. Staff were very helpful. I can’t praise this place enough.

Hotel was great. The view was amazing and the breakfast/dinner buffet so good! Definitely coming back.
