DISGUSTING, TOTALLY UNYGENIC
First room AC completely did not work. That told me later in the day they had to completely change the unit so moved my room. In the second room there was a bin in the bathroom full to the top with used condoms and Condon boxes!!!!
I had to get housekeep to come and completely redo the soon and bathroom. They only offered one night rebate and only after I forced it by speaking to the GM. He claimed no one had told him about the incident.

They didnt acknowledge the VIP and said no free upgrades or breakfast or late check out is included. I complained to management and they said there is a promotion with USD 100 credit which they gave me. Not sure why they didnt honor the VIP as the hotel was not busy.

We loved our stay at the hotel. We received a free upgrade which was awesome. The restaurants and location are great. Staff are super helpful and the room was very comfortable. One of the best stays we had in any hotel.

Its lost a huge step in staff!
Not very friendly and when I ask about an upgrade she was almost rude! Gave us a room right above a bar that played music until 2:00AM

Had to ask for water in my room 5 times and took 6-8 hours. The next day, was informed there is no running water in my room, and it took over an hour to get them to understand that I needed to take a shower. I used to live at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi Residences and this is just gone downhill.

This hotel was amazing. Very elegant style, amazing and helpful staff, and the spa area in the men's locker room was extremely relaxing and nice. The room was gorgeous as well as the view and pool area. Lots of great food options and it connects to the mall. Loved every minute there!
