The staff at this hotel was absolutely the best!!! We had issues with our tvs when we first arrived but they fixed the issue immediately. We stayed in one bedroom pool beach side. It was absolutely perfect. I didn’t want to leave.

During the pandemic no is wearing mask at the gym,
Restaurants lower than 5 starts even the breakfast, accept Si Restaurant was good,
They refused to keep just one of the rooms for 30 minutes late check out, not even one room :)
The front desk staff wasn’t helpful both for check in and check out
And yeah housekeeping is poor :)
The usage of towels and shower in a resort is higher than just a hotel, wasn’t enough tho
I’m not going to stay there again

However the hotel facility and room is amazing but I faced some issues during the stay, for example I ordered food for dine in and I received wrong order after long time. the response for any request was always slow. food was not tasty at all.

there was no information on the website of the hotel or on Hotel.com that all the facilities were closed. Only a phone call 2 hours before I came but I was not able to cancel because it was booked via Hotel.com. So when I arrived, no pool, no beach, nothing, no restaurant, only my room with a balcony and a parking for my car underground with ugly entrance and a complex procedure through a service corridor where you can be lost. the hotel was almost empty. So a very quiet experience...a kind of retreat.
