I never write negative reviews but this was the worst experience we ever had in dubai at a hotel

We stayed at this property for 25 days and the house keeping would just make the bed and leave. We demanded that our room should be cleaned daily. We were told that’s only if you checkout as we don’t clean rooms daily for the long term guest. What a stupid excuse. I have travelled my whole life and never heard this before. Please don’t stay here. Trust me you will regret it

This was my worst experience in dubai. I stayed at the hotel for total of 25 days. I paid for their daily resort fee in cash and a few days later I was told I never paid anything and asked to pay again. When I said I need to see the cameras to prove they got scared and apologized. Please make sure you pay for everything by card. They are scammers

If you stay here it’s like witnessing an episode of faulty towers but worse! Awful staff, awful cleanliness, awful location, awful food and fly infested rooms!

The hotel staff were not very responsive. Management although apologetic but lacked any substance to address the list of issues. Issues ranged from smell, to ac not working to shower head to comfort of bed to promising and. It Referred this to hotels.com who also have not responded as promised.

I booked this reservation for my niece and her family in Dubai. So on the web, it says that the check in is at 3pm, they’ve arrived at 4 pm and was told that the room wasn’t ready and that the check in really is at 4pm. They did not get to the room until 5pm. Also, I paid for breakfast, but they were told they did not have free breakfast. Tried calling the front desk , first it was just ringing, but the web says it’s supposed to be 24 hours. Did I mentioned that I was calling from the US , the 2nd time I called , I was told to call at 8:3am and called the 3rd time and asked to call back at 9:00. I am a member of the Holiday Inn and always been happy with them. There’s no need to purchase breakfast because it always comes free. Maybe only in the states and not in UAE. Also maybe because I booked it in Expedia. Overall the place is very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. The front desk staff though were very polite. Tried calling Expedia and was on hold forever. I gave up and just sent money to my niece so they don have to pay for breakfast. The stay was supposed to be a present for her kids for Eid.

The staff were so friendly and everything was so good.

This what a great hotel, great breakfast a d staff and comfortable rooms, is a little further away from the main attractions, butI like the quietness of the area, no traffic.

Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast. Lots of options for breakfast and lunch. Laundry facilities are available. But it is a bit far from downtown so add an hour to your trip one way.

Great hotel and the room was awesome. Breakfast options were the same thing everyday but satisfactory. The hotel is really in the middle of nowhere so requires long costly taxi rides to get around to anywhere the shuttle won’t provide access to, especially at night. Tour operators do not do pickups at the hotel due to the far location so you have to meet them somewhere. The staff is great tho and the manager was particularly helpful to me with a challenging situation I faced.

Staff required payment on arrival. Staff refused reservation modification. Staff refused to communicate information when guest were arrested.

The customer service is amazing,all the staff are friendly and helpful,the house keeping are doing amazing job with cleaning,keep it up.The breakfast is one of the best and they also provide shuttle to the mall which is close by metro station,they also provide shuttle to the beach and the expo 2020.can’t remember the names of the staff at the reception,they got excellent customer service Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Beware. They say they are non smoking and that’s not true. I rented a pool view. Did not get one even though I payed for it. Room one stunk of cigarettes. Room 2 heavy perfume over the smoke. Room 3 old musty smell most likely smoke. I Was told they would refund the difference in the room view rates. They Never did. Was offered a pool view 2 days later. Did not want to move then. We had unpacked and cleaned. The only good thing was a huge room. The workout room was nice. Free washer and dryer. Breakfast area clean lots of options. Everyone was nice. To make things worse we had to walk next door to the Holliday inn for the pool which was small and packed. The free breakfast was also in this hotel. Was not a huge issue but the pool in the Staybridge has been down since October.???? Both hotels were large. This hotel is to far out also. 50 mins from everything. Except expo which is ending soon. During check out my son who is 22, over heard one of the staff talking about the non smoking rules and said don’t worry about it we don’t enforce the rules Which was true. I smelled smoke everywhere every day. In the halls and in my room for 7 days. I get headaches from smoke. This was not cool. Or ok. Would have left but could not afford to eat the price for 7 days. I also Saw someone smoking in his room through a window. Ugh. Never again. Stay somewhere else. Rent a condo near the city. We loved the other two hotels not this one.

Amazing hotel apartment! Aside from the exquisite interior designs of the rooms, What we love about it also is the completeness of the kitchen utensils..perfect for family staycations..We also love the their pool..
