The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal

Everything was amazing. Staff of Ritz Carlton made it special for me and for my family. Trip that we will never forget and for sure we will come back. Best hotel in Abu Dhabi ❤️

The hospitality was out of this world!

On check in got “upgraded” to a very dated villa. Found a used napkin next to the bed after I had already spent two nights there (totally unacceptable), obviously housekeeping not at their best! House keeping staff did not spray a fragrance in the room after “cleaning” and left their own odour lingering in the room. Got moved to a different room after finding the used tissue. Was offered free breakfast, which was not relayed to breakfast team causing further inconvenience. Breakfast staff member was coughing over the food whilst he was cleaning the serving spoons. Absolutely not acceptable, please maintain a basic hygiene level!! Guest eat the food you just coughed over! Front security team failed to organise buggy service on asking twice, so walked instead. Friendliest of staff was Tarsem in the front of house team welcoming and departing guests. Did exactly what he said he would. Overall 2* only because the final nights room was nicer then the villa. Otherwise this is a very substandard run property. Most staff members need training of what 5* service should be.

We had a wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. I would like to express my gratitude, particularly to the housekeeping team, for their thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing design, which included fresh petals on the bed and a cake for the birthday celebration. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the exceptional assistance provided by Salman from the concierge team. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the service was prompt and courteous throughout.

We stayed in a Radnam Pool Villa. There was a number of issues with loose fittings, a tv that kept turning itself on and A/C that was not great in the master bedroom. I also found that there wasn’t a mirror near a plug in the Master so I couldn’t dry my hair in that room. Bedding was lovely and pool area was great too.

Would not bother looking at any other hotel in Abu Dhabi, just book the Ritz - Carlton Grand Canal with club lounge, you won’t regret it!

Rooms were ever so slightly dated. All staff without exception were polite, helpful, and courteous. Concierge were especially helpful in suggesting dining options outside the hotel

Lovely hotel with an amazing pool. The staff go out of their way to help you. Our room was a great size and it was nice to have a balcony.

The stay here was incredible. All the staff were extremely accomadating, the facilities were top notch and the breakfast buffet 10/10 (I'd recommend paying extra for it if booking here). A big thank you to the Manager Sara and other employees such as Ousamane and Solafa who made the experience that extra bit special.

Great infrastructure and amenities. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it is nonetheless a place to come back to.

The resort was amazing and the hospitality from the all staff was out of this world.

The hotel is beautiful with a glamorous lobby and cozy room. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Huge pool and beach. Nothing to complain. The only thing we didn't like is the location. There is nothing within walking distance.

Ximena at the checkout desk was amazing Mohammad Ahmad was ado an amazing server at the Mijana in for dinner the food was another level hopefully I can get to come back for this amazing experience
