When staying, when I wanted to go upstairs, I couldn't see the view from the top floor because the door was locked, even though I was there at the time of the schedule, for a very strategic location.

The manager or supervisor that was there from May 12 to May 15 was super rude, talk with arrogance. They say they don't allow visitors in the room. They don't write it anywhere when you come with a visitor, they just stop you and say not allow it so embarrassing!
