This hotel is superior to the chains with which we are all familiar. Service is great. Our room was comfortable. The art that we could see was engaging. (Our stay coincided with a change over in some galleries.). We could walk to the location of the event we were in town to attend. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We had a fun and restful stay. A long weekend getaway beginning in Proof’s bar where we had the perfect Manhattan, and bison burger with fries! Staff was exceptional!

The 21c is a beautiful hotel and I'm happy I discovered it. The room was very comfortable and the location is in the heart of a nice area of shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

The last time that we were in Louisville we walked through this museum hotel. It's very unique. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great. We liked the attached bar and restaurant (Proof). One plus with staying here is that you get a nightly "nightcap".

Only thing we found to be strange or disappointing was the attire of the servers in Proof restaurant. Jeans and sweatshirts really don’t make sense in a high end restaurant

There has not been one time I have visited 21c and not been impressed. The staff are so kind, the museum is always amazing, my fave restaurant is like 20 ft away, and the room is always so welcoming and comfortable! Only thing I wish they had was seats in the showers because I could literally sit in there ALL day! Thank you for an amazing, quick staycation!

We absolutely love all the art and the creativity in the design of this property. We wanted to explore the downtown area within walking distance of the hotel but the hotel is so nice and comfortable and the artwork all around it was an easy decision to stay inside the hotel. Our room was so comfortable and clean. The only things I would say as a negative experience is not having a source of white noise like a fan blowing and the coffee machine was not quiet, easy or efficient. The beds were so comfortable. The soaps and lotions are awesome. Plenty of seating for us to sit and not be on the bed.

I love the location of the hotel. Valet parking was convenient. The staff were all very friendly. I like the atmosphere at the bar. The museum aspect makes the hotel unique. Good sized rooms. The only negative would be the tiny beds. Would have liked to have had queen beds. :) But, I will definitely stay here again!!!
