Our stay was great. Honestly, not 1 complaint, except there weren't too many stores readily available & the vending machines don't take cards & theres no change given. The staff was great, though. Was there a few days & they were all helpful & courteous.

What was unique was that the day have a security guard which kind of makes you feel safe just because it's off of highway and Bruckner Boulevard so you know I don't know I just felt sexy there was a security guard there I also like the fact that they are vending machines were well stopped and that the concierge desk carries change to break bills in order for you to have to use the vending machines they also have a really nice kitchen area with a coffee pot and the microwave is there and the table it's nice and clean all the staff was very nice rooms were kept clean Atlantis were changed out everyday they even give you a little bit of time if you need to like me continue to rebook in the morning before they tell you how very nice people especially the young lady that works during the day

I had a look at the hotel for 5min after check in, then I came backout, drop the access cards to the front desk and checked out. I already have a case opened to get my full refund. The hotel doesn't even look close to the picture on Expedia. It's dirty, unsafe, it stinks.

I need the heat to work it's cold outside. But the unit is blowing cold / lukewarm air intermittently . The heat in my car is warmer than the room and you ask why didn't you get in the car / because I took a Uber to get here 😔

I often visit this hotel. I have no complaints about the front desk staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is great for a guaranteed no noise or ghetto behavior or partying. They are great at managing the messy people. They don't play about making sure it's peaceful and safe. The complaint is regarding the housekeeping and their lack of cleaning and sometimes don't change sheets. I always bring my own blankets because of it. They honestly don't clean those rooms well and I'm sure staff is not aware of it. They didn't even bother to bring me fresh towels after a two night stay, even when I mentioned to staff to notify them to do so.
