I arrived early to the hotel thinking it was too early to check in and I was wondering if they could store my bags. The hotel clerk was so accommodating. My room was ready so she allowed me to check in early.

We had a great stay. The location is the best! Only a few steps away from Pier 17. We had a situation with our room and it was resolved immediately. The staff/management responded to our concern by moving us to another room with the same fabulous view as our original room. I would definitely visit this hotel again.
