Front desk reps. Very friendly and professional. Restaurant and bar manager , Anthony, professional and very friendly personality. Room was modern and nicely done . Parking was my only issue. However I know space is limited in the inner city. Overall I would recommend your hotel. Thank you to all . Front door employees were really nice as well.

It was a clean and new hotel. Better than other Marriot properties. The gym was really good and they have a nice roof top bar as well.

My flight was canceled because of severe weather and Marriott would not let me cancel my hotel reservation. I will never book with Marriott ever again. Over $3000 charged for nothing. And Marriott’s customer service is terrible

Our room had gunk on the floor throughout the room. Not sure if it was from the previous stay or from the cleaners. If there are emergency vehicles driving by with sirens or noisy neighbors be prepared to hear everything. The parking situation didn’t seem clear. The AC Hotel website says LAZ Parking is available but it is $40, not reimbursed. You can also use valet for a ridiculous $60 at the hotel. Seems scammy.
