An early arrival was met with accommodations. The hotel is an older hotel that is going through updates. The rooms are completely updated and very comfortable. The lobby and the lobby bar are also updated and very comfortable. We utilized the oxygen bar and it is helpful for coming to elevation.. The hot tub is very small and has not been updated. The elevators are also original and very difficult to get carts in. The staff is helpful and feiendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was conveniently located right by the I-70 highway, making it easy to find. The area around the hotel was surrounded by numerous restaurants, a Starbucks (just across the street), a gas station, and a gondola (not too far away). The swimming pool was not heated, or at least it wasn't as described, but the hot tub was fantastic! It was located outdoors in an open area, although without any cover. We had a great time soaking in the hot tub while it snowed outside.
Breakfast was decent; it’s not included with the stay, but it comes with an additional charge per person. The breakfast options were great, ranging from hot items to cold options like cereals, fruits, and vegetables.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

The hotel was very clean and cozy. However, no waters in fridge, no coffee maker and only 2 full body towels were offered in the room. We were told we had to walk down the hallway to get water. When we went downstairs to the lobby officers were there and walked back to the staff kitchen.. not sure what happened and when we asked the front lady didn’t give us an answer. The internet in the room was not working and we were told due to the cold it might’ve been messing up the connectivity… stay could’ve been better.

Walls were very thin and sounded like people in the next room were standing at the end of our bed. Got no sleep the night before a surgery. Wont be staying here again if sleep is a priority.

The only thing that I would complain about was the service. The front desk lady didn't even tell me where the location to everything is. The guy that served me at the bar was a bit rude honestly. And I got the worse room possible which had a dead spider in my blanket, along with very yellowish pillows. It wasn't what I had expected to be.

El hotel es muy bonito, todo limpio y moderno, buena ubicación, muchos restaurantes y mercados cerca. El desayuno no está incluido y el parqueo $10 per night pero de igual modo es muy conveniente. Ideal para ir de vacaciones y conocer todos los pueblos alrededor. El personal del hotel es muy atento.

It was a good location in frisco to get to all the ski spots. But I didn’t know it was a dog hotel lol. To many dogs and there was no privacy in the room . Bathroom right on top of the beds ,with a slide door . Everybody went to the lobby to go to bathroom. Will I go there again , probably not . Will just find a spot in Breckenridge. To stay but was clean and convenient to go to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or Vail
