We had a very quick overnight, booked online, arrived late. The service was excellent, the room was super clean and stocked well, and we enjoyed a quiet corner room allowing us quiet rest as we had an early morning. The jacuzzi tub was a surprise, but relaxed our stiff muscles!!
Nothing against the India culture, but this hotel in Ionia had English workers and it definitely was much cleaner and more friendly than we've seen in Indian staffed hotels lately!

Love the updated check in area. The pool area was nice and clean. This place has done a big turn around. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. Waffles were delicious. Can’t wait to come back this summer.

The jets werent working on the hot tub. Needed a new bathroom door and roilet oerflowed once. However, the staff was very helpful.

The room wasn['t great. The couch in the room was black on the edges, appeared that it had not been cleaned in years. I realized on the 3rd day that they were not changing my sheets, even though they advertise maid sevice daily.
The breakfast was perfect! A whole room of choices including making a waffle.
The pool looked nice even though I did not use it.

the room was clean the hallways and outside very dirty people living there cooking in the rooms I have stayed at american inns in the past they were very nice this hotel was not up to american inn quality I felt my car was going to be broke into!

Overall good stay. Large comfortable rooms with nice TV, couch, comfortable king bed, good lighting, good AC, quiet, lots of eating options close by. Things that need improving: back exterior door B hinge broken and the door would not close and securely lock. Front desk said the card reader was hit by lightening and it doesn’t work. Many remodeling items like a mattress, lamps, flooring etc piled up by exit door, large construction vehicles and trailers lined up in back parking lot. All that being said, I’ll probably stay here again.
