Americas Best Value Inn Cabot

The bed spreads had cigarette burns in them. We had to pay a $70 deposit for the room and $5 nonrefundable for using a card. The flooring was gapped and dangerous to walk around barefoot on. The room was overall completely outdated. The tv did not work. This was by far the worst hotel stay ever. The deposit was more than we paid for the room for the night and now we have to wait a week to get it back. When I checked out I asked for our room to be checked so that I had documentation to get my deposit back and the woman at the front desk was very rude and locked me and other customers out in the cold while she went to check the room. When we checked into the room you could clearly see someone sleeping on a BED in the lobby that was locked and customers had a small check in window outside to check in. It was terrible.

We were very pleased with the property and the service. Rooms were clean and nice. Would definitely come back.

Check-in was a breeze. The hotel is definitely good for the budget. I wish they more of a selection for breakfast. It is older, but it was sufficient for our family's needs, as we were visiting people in the area.

My flight was delayed and they held my room for me even though it was almost midnight before it got here. The room is clean and has a microwave and fridge

The gentleman who checked me in was polite and friendly. The woman who checked me out was gracious as well. It was easy and fast. The grounds were very well kept. The rooms were quiet and clean. Very likely to stay again when traveling through.

Had a pool that was realaxing

It was nice and quiet. Plenty of fast food restaurants near by some in walking distance. Will be staying here again when visiting family

Easy place to stop while travalling

The guy at the front desk was so nice and very helpful. This is a nice place, very clean and priced well. The only downfall was the random people walking thru the parking lot all hours of the night. Wouldn't have felt comfortable if I was traveling alone

its good room

When we got there, we realized there were no elevator & we happen to not be able to do stairs. We have a handicap plaque and they made it work where we got a very nice room that we could enter & exit easily! The only negative was the soap dispenser in the bathroom at the sink had no soap it at all otherwise everything was fine.

It had been raining and the door let water in thr room the carpet was soaked and when asked about other rooms I was told they were all wet just like the room I had.

I asked on my reservation for a Handicap room, when I arrived they told me it was already rented.What do I need to do to get what I ask for? I booked it a month in advance. I was told someone was in there Handicap room and there was nothing they could do.

Room was clean enough so as not to be worried. Bed was comfortable. Forget about getting extra towels or pillows. You won't get them. Can tell room was hastily painted by looking at the paint job.

Clean facilities, friendly staff near a busy shopping center. The bed was extremely tall. Being 5'2", I could not just sit or hop up onto the bed. Requested a foot stool and was given a small plastic stool the would slide when I stepped on it. Went to Walmart and purchased a better foot stool. When I explained this to the staff, she asked what kind it was and said she would go purchase a couple for future guests.

Very clean. When we checked in the front desk clerk was so nice. He even checked on us once we made it to our room. I will be staying there every time I’m in town.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. My sister has severe back problems from 5 surgeries. We were given a great room for her.
