The room was clean and quiet. It was very convenient to a wedding we were attending at the Hounds. For just a place to sleep the night, the price was right.

Shower was too cold even in the hot setting. Bed creaked and was uncomfortable. My back is still aching.

The staff was great. The room was nice and clean The shower water was zero below freezing, I had to bathe at the sink

You get what you pay for. The hotel was old, and off the main highway. The room smelled like mold and mildew. The front desk person was very friendly and nice. That said, when we decided to leave early due to the storm, then nobody knew anything about getting a refund for the night we did not stay. The worst part was that we could have dealt with all of those things, but then the microwave did not work, and we could not heat up the dogs' breakfast in the morning. Both us and the dogs give this place four paws down!

This is a basic hotel for the value oriented traveler, and a bargain considering the area. It was surprisingly clean, and I did not find any evidence of insects. Although some of the decor decisions were not to my personal taste, everything was clean and in working order, and the room had been recently renovated. Here i would encourage the owners to redecorate in a style that American travelers understand and look for in a coastal area, i.e. blues, white, gray, and no shiny fabrics. The people working there, although their english is limited, were very kind and eager to help us have everything we wanted. The only downside was the door handle lock assembly needs to be replaced. It is flimsy and, unfortunately, you can not leave it in a unlock position if you need to run out to your car or something. Word to the wise, carry your door key with you, and bring plastic utensils with you if you plan to eat take out in the room. There was a clean kitchenette with microwave and fridge, but no plates, forks, spoons, etc., and the front desk does not carry these items. Lastly, this hotel is not accessible for travelers in wheelchairs. There are steps to get into the rooms, and no ramps that i could see.

Check in was fine. We got in the room to find it smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. My kids climbed into bed to find large clumps of hair in one of the queen beds. The whole place had a bad vibe. The pictures are very deceiving! We did not spend the night.

The dead bolt was very flimsy. There was no one in the office in the morning when I went to drop off the key. Another guest told me her room had fleas. It was scary, and I did not feel safe.

It would have been fine if there was a fitted sheet on the beds instead of flat sheets. The dirty mattress kept being exposed.

cheap stay for 1 night and not too far from point judith and mystic. Room wasn’t the most clean and had some hair around. Minimum hot water. Called prior to going and asked what time check in was until and was told until 10 pm. Called at 9 to let them know we were on our way and was called 2 minutes after asking us to rush over. Check in was easy but no one was there at 11 when we checked out. I tried calling multiple times and nobody answered. i then took a picture of my watch and the keys on the counter. would go again if i needed a cheap stay.

Don’t rent this property, the room was dirty the towels smell really bad and the staff was rude and unprofessional

Gross and bug ridden! Blood in floor! We did not stay! Left 5 minutes after we got there!

We've stayed here a number of times. The location is very convenient for RI beaches sand Mystic. The new owners have redone most of the rooms. The place is very clean, the air conditioning works, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very kind. It is not luxurious, but it suits our needs very well. Our room did not smell of smoke, as another reviewer reported. That reviewer could have just requested a different room instead of going ballistic. Overall, it's a quiet, clean, safe, convenient place to stay.

The building was old and needed an upgrade. The rooms were not as they were depicted on your website. This just may be a case of you get what you pay for?

Small room with bed cover that was a bit frayed. However, the excellent customer service and complete affordability made this motel an excellent choice!
