The hotel is run down. And has that old mildew old hotel smell. Rooms need updating. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot so that’s a good thing.

The hotel smelled clean. Saying it has a fitness center is an oversell, pool was out of order, no hot tub. Our room was clean, beds were decent. Only complaint about the room was that the tub would not drain so when you take a shower, it also turns into a bath. And takes a while to drain after.

While my stay was good and the room was clean. It stated that the location had a game room it did not. It showed a picture of a hot tub which they didn't have. Plus the indoor pools heater was broken which was the main reason I booked at this location.

Payed the money for a room with a jacuzzi and when the jets turned on the tub filled with black mold. The floors and mirrors were filthy. Waist of extra money spent. They only offered a different room for a hour to get to use the jacuzzi even though we tried to get a hold of the front desk with no answer the night of check in.

Pool was closed (main reason for hotel stay). Vending machines out of order (no water to drink). Drinking fountain was gross and dirty and really very off putting. Room smelled like someone had old food sitting open for a couple days. Really not a great place to stay

We have stayed here multiple times and each time we stay the facility seems dirtier and dirtier. The heating unit in our room made a horrible grinding noise causing disruptive sleep. The. bathtub mat came loose causing a horrible slipping issue as it was pure slime underneath. We brought these issues to the front desk and no note was made or concern shown.

Here are my issues:
1. Nobody manned the front desk. There was a sign to dial 0 to get assistance.
2. The hot water in the room stayed very hot for my entire shower & I had to rinse my teeth with hot water after brushing.
3. The drain plug to the bath tub was out & on the edge, not connected to the actual drain.
4. The blinds in the hallway were filthy with dust.
5. The side door would not open to enter, even after the green light came on from my key. I had to walk to the front entrance in freezing cold weather.
6. The shower curtain had black at the bottom of it, probably mold. They need to be washed.
7. I think a family member lived on the 3rd floor as I could smell curry cooking & it’s not a favorable smell.
