The service was amazing very attentive, friendly and accommodating. My girlfriend organized everything and requested an upgrade and Kuma preselected a great room for my 30th birthday and Yvonne did great checking in throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable/ needed anything. Restaurant Aoi on property was exceptional. Amazing food and service. Hotel had a full gym and so many amenities for guests. I was very impressed.

Great value. Clean with 2 restaurants and coffee shop! Some rooms have not been update. Showers are VERY narrow and the shower heads and pressure is really poor. Wi-Fi not strong, had some issues working and staying connected to video meetings.

The hotel itself is pretty inside and smells nice. Check in was friendly but super slow. We picked this because it had a restaurant on site. The restaurant was good.
The beds and pillows were comfy.
The bathroom was clean except for a few stray hairs in the shower.
Comparing to most similar stays we have had is where there were some things lacking. There were no smart TVs. It was cable and the guide didn’t work so you couldn’t see what shows were available. You also couldn’t stream on phone and mirror to TV. That was pretty inconvenient as we selected a movie to watch after dinner.
There are no water bottles in the room which is typical. We asked for some and they said we had to purchase at the front desk store.
There was also no decaf tea available in the hotel- even for purchase.
I know these are first world problems but sharing in case those features also matter to you since this hotel is priced similarly to hotels that have the other features.
If you like the location and just need a place to sleep and it was clean and comfortable.

Nice enough hotel. But why two restaurants and no room service? Late checkout policy ridiculous. Cannot request night before. Had to be morning of. Defeats late checkout to sleep in an hour later. Still wasn’t granted late checkout when calling 7:30 a.m. next morning. Have never been to a hotel that didn’t give 1 hour.

We reserved for 23 days and they asked me to go out 2 days before because they have a limited policy for 21 days, that was terrible, we had to fond a different hotel for 2 more days. The cleaning service lady was angry all the time. And one asian lady in the front dest was rude
