Only thing I liked was the Sheppard's pie from the restaurant. I didn't like is they kept my deposit for smoking in the room and I don't smoke. When I checked in , you can see the cig burns on the counter. I tried to get them to refund my deposit and the said they're not . I had my bank dispute it. I advise to stay away from here. The price might be tempting but not worth it.

Hard to find parking spot. Elevator was slow and made noises. Hot tub was not available the whole time i was there. The pool was uncomfortably cold.

The riom definitely needed maintenance. I couldbt adjust the temperature of the water. Tub was leaking. Sink slowly drained. Remote to tv didnt work. Dust in the room

Wanted it to be our go to place. Unfortunately, we won't be back. Arguments from room a couple if doors down (with young children left outside), carried over to late nught. Called security, 1st time at 11:30, they were prompt. Started up again at 3:00a.m. Called security again. No one answered. Tried calling for over 20 minutes!!! Never showed up. No room cleaning. If you want room service you have to call. No towels unless you call. We stayed. 4 nights!!! Never again.

They had great staff but it was very inconvenient that the elevator was out of service, I was put in the 3rd floor and they did not have any availability in the 1st floor of any building.

Had issues with the quality of the tv/cable kept messing up with interference no clear picture. The engineer came to fix it but the next morning it was back to the same issue.

There were many bugs in the room, including one that we found under the sheet that was dead. We found two fingernails and trash in the room. One fingernail was laying on the floor by the sink, and the other was beside the bed in the second room of the two room “suite”. There was one appeared to be blood above our bed and on the wall. There was no trash can in the second room, no towels except a hand towel, electrical outlets didn’t work, the TV was so dark that I couldn’t even see the picture on the screen and the bathroom was dirty. Homeless people were roaming the property and there was even a man and woman fighting in the parking lot. Never saw security deal with any of this. It is a shame because Arizona Charlie’s boulder has been our favorite place to stay since 2006, but it is an absolutely horrific place to be now. When I brought the issues up with the front desk staff, they didn’t care at all. I will never consider staying there again.
