Very nice staff. Nice to have kitchen. Convenient location to beaches, downtown. Good price and just as nice as most of the hotels around town

comfortable property with nice shared spaces for being able to lounge around. Walkable to the beach, but you need a car to get downtown to other attractions. Staff was very friendly and responsive.

We stayed in room 1. Perfect for us. Very clean and parking right outside. AC worked amazing. Super quiet with private kitchen. Beach 4 min walk

I was here for a work conference and needed a clean, safe place while spending the day at my meetings. My room was one of six in a cottage. Immaculate, everything worked fine, bed was comfortable. The room had a fridge and coffee maker, but the cottage also had a full kitchen. Other folks shared the common space and kitchen, but quiet at night.

The entire experience was wonderful except for the fact that you could hear every single conversation and footstep of the other Lodgers

Quaint, clean, affordable, convenient friendly staff. This is ideal if you need a place to sleep with the basics and not a resort experience.

No pool or hot tub. There is a sweet spot on the ocean right down the street though! Walking distance too.

We loves our stay amd we will most definitely be back!

Location: easy walk to several parks

Arnott’s is a great getaway spot even though it is close to Hilo airport. It is rustic but very comfortable. Loved the laid back atmosphere.

The place was clean ,cozy and felt like home . The property of the lodge was well kept , the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a really great experience. Would definitely recommend

Seems like it was slow season for them when I was, not alot of guests. It was nice and quiet. The process private room was perfect. Overall the stay was excellent.

This place is a Very quiet and safe environment. Very close to the Hilo International Airport ( about 20 minutes to Arnotts Lodge). Very friendly staff. We checked in very late due to late airline arrival,. The staff, Mike, was still waiting for us at the lodge for our late check in. We greatly appreciate for Arnotts Lodge’s flexible accommodation for our late check in. Further, another staff at Arnotts Lodge, Lauren, the young lady at the front desk, went beyond her duty to help me on my Apple laptop as I encountered the technical issues. I am a new Apple Laptop user. Highly recommend Arnotts Lodge to anyone.

Siobhan was an amazing front desk clerk. She took me on a tour of the facilities that consists of: an outdoor patio for eating and doing laundry, a TV lounge and also walked me to my suite, showed me where to park and how to get in my room. The suite was awesome! There’s a queen bed, kitchenette well stocked with a larger than usual hotel sized fridge, microwave, rice cooker and most kitchen dishes and utensils. The bathroom was a good size, the shower was large! There’s an office space that has a built in desk and an office chair. There are lots of plugs for charging. The bed was really firm (which I love)! The room was clean and comfortable. It was really quiet, aside from the neighborhood sounds a few times during the night. The grounds are well cared for. My only regret is that it was an overnight stay. I would have liked to enjoy that space a bit more.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. Staff was really friendly. Easy check in and check out. Beach towel service was a nice perk. We had the family suite which had a full kitchen with everything one would need to prepare a meal and dine in.

The property is set up similar to a hostel, with common areas. It is separated from town, but close enough for easy access. I would certainly stay again.
